Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the drafting of agreements from standardtemplates, as well as reviewing and analysing contracts and otheragreements including NDAs
  • Assist with entity management suchas formation and dissolution of entities, resolutions and compliance.
  • Work with the rest of the legal department as well asexternal counsel and companies regarding negotiation and entitymanagement.

Experience requirements:

  • 2+ years of previous paralegal or qualifyingexperience, ideally in a corporate team or business.
  • Musthave strong detail orientation and follow-through and the ability towork independently and proactively complete tasks
  • Must havehigh level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
