Good Afternoon,

I am currently representing Barnet Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate of £28.31 which is negotiable dependent upon experience.

We are looking for a Complaints Managerthis role will be: NW9 4EW

The right candidate will:

  • To support the strategic management, planning and development of the Complaints, FOI, ME, and SARs Service for Family Services.
  • To be responsible for the day-to-day management, administration, and effective operation of customer feedback procedures and information processes across Family Services.
  • To implement and manage the Services’ handling of customer feedback, including statutory complaints, in line with the legislative requirements, corporate framework and best practice.
  • To risk assess complaints, carrying out quality monitoring and reviewing the Services handling of complaints cases.
  • To be responsible for the services management of Subject Access Requests, establishing effective systems and processes to support the functions and legal obligations.
