Using corporate planning processes, systems and databases, undertake the development of detailed, fully resourced and optimised work plans for approval by Section Managers.
Applicants MUST hold or have relevant experience in using RailHub, Ellipse and creating SSOW plans.
Accurately update systems, databases and records as required.
Represent Section Managers at planning meetings.
Undertake general office administration duties for the Section Manager using a range of knowledge and skills to provide effective support.
Scheduling profile in work planning/scheduling system
Core Planning Skills Level 2
Safe System of Work Planning Process and System
Experience of clerical support and office management
Salary £ 33,380 + Location allowance
