The Crowd are partnered with a leading mid-sized architecture practice praised for their work across the public sector projects that are seeking a Project and Quality Manager to join their team in London.

Within this role, you will play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets and resources, as well as implementing and monitoring quality control processes to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed desired expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with project leads to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that arise, communicating changes to project and quality management procedures
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and processes to ensure all projects meet the company’s quality standards
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate documentation of project activities and outcomes
  • Coordinate ISO audits in collaboration with external consultant

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management within a built environment setting
  • Exposure to document control processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong in meeting deadlines, multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively
  • Experience of Rapport and Newforma desirable
