#Resource Scheduler - Cannock - 12 month maternity cover - with possible extension.
Due to maternity leave Murphy are looking for a Resource Scheduler to work in our Cannock office. Assist Resource Managers to develop personnel succession plans for business units for Operatives, Team Leaders & Supervisors.
Liaise with the Resource Analyst to ensure the Power BI Reports are accurate and up to date.
Liaise with Technical Training Co-ordinators & Operations to ensure that personnel’s training requirements which are identified through competency matrix are communicated and delivered.
Help to ensure that adequate resource with appropriate skills are available to meet the requirements of the regional/business unit.
Help & support the Resource Managers and Co-ordinators with recruitment requirements of the business units in accordance with future works identified through Work Winning.
Engage in review processes and constantly work to improve our team’s and the wider group’s performance
Effective relationship building skills with stakeholders at all levels
