The post holder will also provide administrative support to the weekly Risk Management Team (RMT) meetings by taking the minutes. Information to be recorded in line with the ICM Guidance Manual, RMT Guidance and relevant Governors & Management Actions (GMAs).Responsibilities:

Daily responsibility for minute taking during case conferences and weekly in RMT.

Accurately maintain filing systems relating to Integrated Case Management process.

Update prisoner records including Prisoner Record System on a weekly basis

Record updates to support the ICM process and provide relevant statistics on a monthly basis.

Coordinating with external and internal agencies to ensure their attendance for ICM/RMT.

Communicate information with relevant internal and external partners daily. Collating the relevant documents from partner agencies/departments for presentation at the ICM/RMT.
