National Account Manager
Do you have a proven track record in obtaining and maintaining long term key customers in the consumer goods industry?

Do you have extensive knowledge and experience in managing key retail chains?

Can you proactively manage allocated accounts in order to achieve objectives & targets set?

Macgregor Black are partnering with a global market leading Housewares brand , on the search for a National Account Manager . This is a permanent remote based role.

As National Account Manager you will be responsible for driving commercial performance within the Sales function. Main point of contact for JL&P and other Key Accounts
Range development in the form of briefings on expanding the range, range changes, price and material changes, contract changes and negotiation
Co-ordinating all aspects of new and existing product supply including managing the merchandising role relating to accounts covered, controlling critical paths for NPD introductions
Ongoing analysis of existing models/sizes/colours to see what needs to be discontinued etc
Overseeing management of the JLP portal system with regards to D2C orders and ensuring all issues are actioned in a timely fashion
Main point of contact for JLP contact centre out of office hours
Store visits and in store training where required
Collating, analysing and distributing sales and performance reports, identifying trends, trading patterns and highlighting anomalies
Upload new customer SKUs into the relevant compliance databases & product information templates at the point of selection
Conduct six monthly reviews of the compliance databases to mark deleted lines as obsolete
Ensure accurate & current product data is gathered from the factories by updating templates for IWS and working with the factory to get them completed for every running line & all future development samples
Create a New Product Folder for each confirmed product selection containing the relevant reports, supporting evidence, certification and development images
Proven track record of growing existing accounts
History of seeking out new business leads and delivering them as new accounts
Experienced with E-comm accounts and campaigns
