If you have excellent organisational skills, are able to coordinate and lead activities across agencies and can extract and present data from multiple sources to present the facts we have the perfect opportunity for you. We need you to provide professional support to the Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Health and Welling Partnership, you will be the central point of contact for partners and will identify key areas for discussion, attend meetings and support the partnership activity across all areas of its work. You will support the strategy and priorities of the Health & Wellbeing Partnership, proactively seeking opportunities to develop cross sector partnership working and organise meetings between partners. You will also support the Assistant Director to deliver the Marmot Programme in West Norfolk attending meetings and providing professional support to activity. In additional you will research and investigate external funding streams which will support projects which help deliver the Council’s corporate objectives. Educated to A’ level standard you will have at experience in a similar working environment to include coordinating partnership working with public bodies and Councillors understanding all the priorities and how these contribute to a joint objective. You will have excellent communication skills with effectively negotiation and influencing skills, you will also have a methodical approach to work with high degree of accuracy.
