Role Description:

The EMEA Client Billing team are responsible for ensuring our clients are correctly billed for the products and services we provide for them. The team have several operational excellence projects they are working on to automate and streamline our billing processes and this, in conjunction with the deployment of a new Billing platform in 2024, make this a really exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for validating and verifying any manually billed products.
You will be responsible for ensuring all routines are completed in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for assisting global business partners with complex queries.
You will be empowered to challenge the status quo and question the processes.

What we are looking for:

You will be highly organised.
You will be able to work on you own initiative, as well as part of a team.
Prior Billing experience beneficial but not essential.
You will possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will be efficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
