Job Title: EMEA Treasury Fulfilment Manager

Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London's greenest boroughs. Due to ongoing growth in our Global Payments Solutions business, we are seeking a highly motivated EMEA Head of Fulfilment with institutional client experience, to join our Bromley based Global Operations organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 16, as well as, the end-to-end client onboarding experience, providing a differentiated client experience and best in class project management experience. The EMEA Fulfilment organization is made up of a diverse range of people from varied backgrounds who each bring unique skillsets and perspectives. You will provide world class Project Management, leadership and accountability for delivering events within the client onboarding life cycle.
You will project manage execution timelines in conjunction with accountable internal departments to meet client target date.
You will drive employee performance through the intelligent use of data. Recruits, on-boards and develops talent, and supports talent mobility for career growth.
You will operate within our risk framework. Leads and encourages the identification, escalation and resolution of potential risks.
remain current with the latest developments in the Treasury domain, with a focus on competitor insight for client onboarding.
You will be able to measure performance of projects, including Process Design.
You will have direct experience with Performance Management and Talent Development.
You will have robust Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building.
You will have experience with Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines Management.
Skills that will help (optional):
Project Management accreditation (Prince2) would be an advantage.
Being involved in Risk Management would be an advantage.
