Responsibilities

Conduct pre-booked surveys to assess clients' requirements for damp proofing, energy, and renovation services.

Build strong relationships with potential clients during survey visits, providing personalized assistance and guidance.

Provide accurate and detailed quotations for damp proofing, energy, and renovation services.

Work with clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their objectives and budget constraints.

Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert advice on property improvements and energy-efficient solutions.

Follow up with clients after survey visits to address any additional questions or concerns and finalize service agreements.

Maintain thorough records of survey findings, client preferences, and quotations provided.

Represent Elrow Solutions with professionalism and integrity at all times, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.


Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry such as construction, home improvement, or real estate.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of closing sales and meeting or exceeding targets.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
