An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Area Manager with a unique and market leading branded coffee operator who pride themselves on their offering and beautiful venues. A brand with very high standards in both product and service, they are looking for a like-minded Area Manager to join their team as their business has ambitious growth plans in London.


If you’re ambitious and striving for the next level in your career, this opportunity gives you a clear line of progression within a very relevant and exciting industry leader. This role is positioned to grow within six months to a Head of Operations role.


The Company:


A dynamic and innovative brand, our client operates a thriving collection of venues across London and are subsequently looking for an additional Area Manager to join their senior management team.


The current team is vibrant, focused and hardworking, and the brand continuously promotes a positive and progressive working environment. With secure financial investment and a clear and robust strategy, this company will grow from strength to strength and this is your opportunity to be part of something that is new and expanding


The Job Role:


As Area Manager you will be responsible for the management, operation and financial performance of a collection of existing venues in London. You will support with new openings and work closely with high performance General Managers to achieve results and drive this brand forward


You will be responsible for setting clear objectives and guidelines for your team, delivering the company vision and measuring success accordingly.


The Candidate:


The successful candidate must have previous Area Management experience within a multi-site operation and a proven track record driving results. You must have excellent organisational and communication skills, and be comfortable leading from the front within a fast-paced environment, where you will need to think on your feet and react to the demands of a growing brand


You will have previous experience of working within a similar quality-orientated structured/branded restaurant, retail operation or Quick Service Restaurant – and most importantly, a genuine passion for food, coffee and all things hospitality
