THE ROLE: Reporting into the Commercial Director. The successful Regional Sales Manager will enjoy this hybrid commercial role of management 50% of the time and strategic solution selling 50% of the time and will be responsible for delivering profitable sales of products such as specialist beds, traction frames, specialist mattresses, services and solutions within pressure ulcer prevention and pressure area care working within the NHS community sector. With the support of 2 business development managers and 2 clinical specialists who will support trials, evaluations, and insights and business development managers who will be tasked with new business generation. The Regional Sales Manager overseas the region from a more strategic standpoint to ensure revenue targets and profitability targets are met. Typical decision makers you will engage with and are not limited to will typically be at the C-Suite Level in the NHS.

This division provides a range of pressure ulcer prevention and pressure area care products, and an exciting opportunity currently exists for a strategic sales leader to develop and further grow business within the Southeast area.
REQUIREMENTS: We are ideally looking for people who have managerial experience in the Medtech / Healthcare / Pharma sector with experience of currently or previously selling any product/ service to hospitals in the NHS. Evidence of dealing at C-Suite level is a strong advantage and will enhance your application.

The Package for Business Development Manager:
· Basic: £60,000 to £70,000
· Bonus: £24,000+ uncapped
· Car: Fully expensed company car/allowance and fuel card.
· Benefits: Healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, 23 days holiday + stats
