The Opportunity:
Finatal are working with a top-tier private equity fund operating in the lower mid-market looking for an investment professional to join a high performing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sought-after private equity firm in a thriving part of the market.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a minimum of two years’ post qualification deal experience.
Responsibilities:
- Focused on execution but involved in all investment operations
- Deal screening and presenting new investment opportunities
- Market and sector research
- Investment appraisal and financial modelling
- Involvement in monitoring the portfolio
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with a minimum of two years’ deal experience post qualification in either Lead Advisory or Transaction Services
- A good understanding of SME’s and the UK lower mid-market private equity space
- Excellent communicator with a high level of maturity
- Highly ambitious and calm under pressure
- Able to deliver high quality work without intense review and oversight
