Job Description:


We're seeking a talented individual to lead a team of young, ambitious English tutors in crafting the next generation of GCSE English books. As a Creative Content Manager, you'll oversee project management, direct team efforts, and mold GCSE English content that aligns with the future vision of our company🔴.


Responsibilities:


  • Project management of GCSE English book creation📚
  • Leading and mentoring a team of passionate English tutors
  • Directing content creation efforts to ensure alignment with educational objectives
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure quality and relevance of content
  • Managing social media platforms and creating engaging content to promote our educational initiatives
  • Overseeing day-to-day activities of tutors and providing necessary support and guidance


Requirements:


  • Exceptional GCSE English performance (Grade 9-7)
  • University experience in English (preferred but not required)
  • Bachelor's degree in English Literature or Linguistics (preferred but not required)
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and project management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
