**Main responsibilities will include**:

- **Meeting and greeting patients.**:

- **Reminding patients of their appointments.**:

- **Courtesy and follow up calls with customers to request feedback**:

- **Ensuring necessary consent forms/paperwork are completed correctly**:

- **Taking payments and updating the bookkeeping system with patient payment information.**:

- **Assisting the reception manager and doctors/practitioners with their schedules.**:

- **Maintain contact with practitioners and ensuring smooth patient journey**:

- **Ensuring the reception area is always clean and tidy**:

- **Covering staff during busy periods**

**Key experience required**:

- **Positive, confident, friendly and a can do attitude**:

- **Customer service led approach**:

- **Mature, reliable and hard-working**:

- **Computer literate - word, excel, patient CRM**:

- **English GCSE**:

- **Admin/Clinical reception experience is preferable**:

- **Can work full-time hours (30-40 hours per week)**:

- **Flexible with adjusting working hours to meet our rota and clinic schedule**

**Job package**:

- **£10 per hour depending on experience (pay review in 3 months)**:

- **Shifts available on weekdays**:

- **8am to 2pm / 2pm - 8pm (Mon - Fri)**:

- **9am to 2pm / 1pm - 6pm (Sat - Sun) - Must be able to do 2 weekend shifts a month**:

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
