In this role, you'll leverage your language skills and technical expertise to support their clients in implementing and optimizing Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. Key Responsibilities:


Consulting and Implementation:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective D365 BC solutions.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client needs, including modules, workflows, and integrations.
  • Lead implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to clients on D365 BC usage and best practices.

Technical Expertise:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 Business Central, staying updated on the latest features and functionalities.
  • Conduct system assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and German, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate project activities and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical specialists to address complex client requirements.


As a D365 BC Consultant, you'll need:

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central, including implementation and configuration.
  • Strong consulting skills, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or related Microsoft technologies are advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
