Role Description

We are offering a full-time remote position within the UK for a Technical Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving technical sales, offering support to clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. Responsibilities include engaging in sales activities such as creating quotes, along with building relationships with clients. Some travel may be necessary for client visits, attending European conferences and exhibitions, as well as participating in sales meetings in the US.


Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in technical support and customer service
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely
  • Previous experience (2-3 years preferred) in the semiconductor analytical services industry is advantageous, particularly with techniques including SIMS, TEM, XPS, AES etc.
  • A Bachelor's and/or Postgraduate degree in Chemistry, Physics, or Materials Science is preferred
