We are looking for a Systems Developer to be responsible for developing, maintaining, supporting, and upgrading a diverse range of business applications utilised throughout our client’s organisation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, support, and upgrade various business applications used across the organisation.
  • Identify and assess high-level functional and technical requirements, and produce solution/technical design documents.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Formalities teams to plan project schedules and provide technical direction as needed.
  • Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code following best software development practices.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive software documentation.
  • Maintain, expand, and scale existing applications as required.
  • Update and debug existing programs to ensure a consistent user experience across multiple platforms.
  • Resolve technical support queries promptly and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Produce plans, schematics, wireframes, and comprehensive documentation for all development work, including new release notes for user distribution.
  • Ensure efficient packaging and deployment of software updates, patches, and fixes.


Essential Skills

  • Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies.
  • Understanding of web applications
  • Expertise in programming languages including but not limiting to: HTML/XHHTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, ASP.NET, Java, Python, SQL, Postgres
  • Experience in integrating data from various back-end services, databases and third party API’s.
