Opportunity for an experienced 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer for a leading Bristol based IT Managed Service Provider.
- Bristol IT MSP
- Southwest Client base
- upto £30k
- 23 Days holidays + Bank
- Mon - Fri 0900 - 1730, plus a late shift every 3 weeks of 1330pm - 10pm- which can be worked remotely.
- Looking at appoint ASAP
Providing 2nd line IT Support direct from clients, as well as escalations from the 1st line teams, via phone and email through ticketing systems.
As a Helpdesk Engineer you must have strong customer service and relationship building skills, with at least 4 years IT Support experience, ideally within an IT MSP setting.
You will need demonstrable working experience of supporting and maintaining: Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Migrations, Office 365, Citrix, Veeam back up and VMware
Driving Licence required - You will need to go to client site as required.
