This unique global luxury lifestyle brand is looking for a new Head of Digital Marketing & Content to develop their fresh and dynamic approach to their “digital content first’ strategy and implementation plan that will support their business plans and priorities over the next 5 years.


This will include setting digital budgets and making recommendations for digital investment and content strategy internally.


The successful candidate needs to be able to lead from the front as well as role their sleeves up, get stuck in and do the doing.


The Role


  • Lead and promote digital transformation and a digital culture across the organisation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital processes and infrastructure.
  • Line manage, and coach the digital and content team and all external digital agencies to deliver on digital development projects, such as website development, PPC advertising, digital marketing, and digital support across the business.
  • Manage the digital budget and prepare regular management reports on progress.
  • Develop and drive the content and social strategy across the brand.
  • Execute a holistic, year- round content engine & calendar to support multiple initiatives and brand storytelling.
  • Map and drive best in class Social Media marketing through social innovation and content creation for the social channels (organic & paid).
  • Map and deploy customer data strategy alongside the wider CRM team.
  • Drive longer-term digital brand transformation through strong collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Define consumer journeys and audiences to deliver optimal and connected communication and messaging.


The Person


We are looking for a real fresh-thinker, an inspirational leader to develop this heritage brand into a digital first content & marketing leader in its field


The successful candidate will have substantial experience as a digital content & marketing leader working with like-minded brands and agencies. Advanced understanding of all digital and social channels and a highly creative storyteller who can create and build engaging content by harnessing all potential opportunities. Proven editorial and content creation skills across both long-form content creation and immediate content creation, distributions strategies and production are highly important for this role.
