Early Years Educator

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and making a lasting impact in the early stages of child development? The Supply Room is looking for a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our dynamic team in Peckham. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your skills and enthusiasm can flourish.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children aged 0-5.
* Plan and implement engaging activities that promote the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of each child.
* Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and carers.
* Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to early years education.
* Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in the classroom.
*Qualifications:*
* A minimum of an NVQ level 3 in Childcare, or you must be actively working towards an NVQ level 3 and currently hold a level 2 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
*Experience:*
* Must have experience supporting children in an early years setting.
* Proven ability to create a nurturing and educational environment for young children.
