We are looking for an Experiential Account Executive to be based in our London office, supporting with the management of multiple projects, activations and events across two major F1 accounts. You should be familiar with and passionate about F1 and sports sponsorships, along with demonstrating a solid understanding of brand communications and prior knowledge of coordinating and delivering events as your role will be split across multiple areas of the two accounts. The Experiential Account Executive will split their time across two dedicated client teams, in a fast-paced client facing role.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take a proactive role supporting the planning, organisation and delivery of our client’s F1 activations across the F1 season with some requirement for international travel and weekend work
  • Supporting the team with hospitality ticket orders for Formula One Paddock Club & management of all requests via a central inbox
  • Acting as a point of contact for all F1-related queries from clients, regional teams & customers
  • Supporting the team to project manage the production and distribution of all F1-related collateral, including branded stationery, event materials and POS branding
  • Coordinating a calendar of F1 assets across the year including booking, invoicing, and shipping logistics
  • Regular liaison with suppliers, clients, F1 team and global markets to successfully bring events and activations to life
  • Prepare and reconcile activation project budgets, managing every aspect from client quotation and billing to supplier invoices and payments
  • Ensure efficient communication and productivity of projects, arranging regular calls, maintaining status documents/trackers and supporting with other related account admin
  • Supporting the team with the running and upkeep of the Guest Management System and distribution of all race communications
  • Supporting the team with client and colleague event logistics including booking hotels, flights, transfers, restaurants, merchandise orders, photography briefs where required
  • Event support, including sourcing venues and local suppliers for Grand Prix activations and customer events where required
  • Prepare, support and deliver insightful post-activation reports
  • Work closely with Client to quickly achieve ‘trusted adviser’ status
  • Undertake wider responsibilities within your capabilities as required


KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with strong attention to detail
  • First-class organisation and event management skills with a composed logical approach to work
  • Enthusiasm, energy and a strong desire to learn
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with a flexible attitude, whilst delivering high quality work against any deadline
  • F1 background / extensive understanding of the sport
  • Hands-on event or hospitality programme management experience is advantageous
  • Possess a high level of confidence and professionalism in order to engage with clients and stakeholders at a senior level
  • Willingness to travel when required and for long periods, if necessary, occasionally at short-notice
  • Competency on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • The desire to immerse yourself within our agency environment and to contribute to the wider agency culture


PREFERABLE ATTRIBUTES:

  • Experience or understanding of automotive brands, whilst not essential, would be beneficial
  • Ability to write and speak a leading foreign language
