Our client is part of a fast growing and very successful ecommerce and performance marketing group. Working with some of the best-known retail and consumer brands across a variety of sectors such as wellness, sport and lifestyle this is a really exciting business to join. The ecommerce division is growing quickly and providing an exceptional client service is an important part. This role this would suit an accomplished senior Account Director who is ambitious and wants to continue moving forwards. Main Duties as Account Director will include:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring clients understand the full spectrum of services provided by the agency, have regular review meetings, resolve issues, keep up-to-speed with their requirements, understand their business, recommend digital solutions and maximise the revenue potential for the agency
- Supporting clients in developing digital roadmaps
- Providing line management support for the Account Managers
- Mentoring and supporting the Account Managers and Account Executives, ensuring they are fully and adequately briefed on client projects and are managing client requests
- Consistently generating account growth from existing clients in order to achieve your individual and team monthly targets for revenue from existing clients
- Consistently achieving your monthly individual and team production targets by managing client work through the business smoothly and efficiently
Main Skills for Account Director
- A strong background as an Account Director within the digital, marketing, ecommerce space or similar
- strong eye for detail to ensure the quality of agency output
- An ability to develop a deep level of understanding of clients businesses
- Ability to develop excellent client relationships at all levels and comfortable in presenting strategic proposals
- Commercial in your approach you are able to identify opportunities for growth
- A strong communicator
