What you’ll do


  • Work with our legal teams to deliver top class conveyancing to our clients, working on the most complex parts of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions.
  • Work with our own cutting edge technology to provide the best experience for our clients.
  • Help our designers and software developers to refine and improve the tools you’re using every day.
  • Proactively identify and solve potential issues for clients.
  • Maintain clear and jargon-free communication with clients and third parties throughout the process.


You're a perfect fit if you:


  • Are a hard-working solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or experienced conveyancer, with at least 8 years experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Have an in depth knowledge and understanding of unusual and difficult conveyancing aspects, including defective leases, head leases, complex title provisions and the Building Safety Act 2022.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, avoiding legalese.
  • Are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys giving feedback to more junior conveyancers and paralegals, and helping them to progress.
  • Are passionate about effecting change whilst at the same time being goals-focused and impact-driven.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and enjoy strategic thinking
  • Take ownership of tricky, complex files and do whatever’s needed to problem solve and get them moving as quickly as possible.
  • Like to share feedback to help your colleagues' knowledge improve.
