The role:

This is an FMCG brand on a journey to change the way people consume and are passionate about sustainability, innovation, and creating products that not only taste great but also meet their sustainability goals. As National Account Manager, you will be the strategic lead for the OOH channel with one direct report whilst managing and growing relationships across multiple avenues such as Leisure, Coffee Shops, Commercial and Entertainment. You'll own the channel strategy, drive growth, and be accountable for hitting ambitious sales targets. You will lead on forecasting, promotional planning, and budgeting for the channel and identify new business opportunities and lead successful pitch processes.

You:

  • Proven sales success within the OOH/Foodservice channel for an FMCG brand.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Inspirational team leader, passionate about coaching and developing talent.
  • Excellent relationship builder with a track record of securing and growing accounts.
  • Purpose-driven, with a passion for sustainability and ethical business.
