We have just been instructed by a FinTech client of ours who is looking for two Team Leads with Derivatives Compliance Experience to join them on a permanent basis. The company, based in London, works with some of the world’s biggest financial institutions and is focusing on the digitization of their derivatives and syndicated loans portfolios.


This position seeks experienced compliance or paralegal professionals with expertise (or a strong interest) in complex derivative agreement types and a strong passion for legal technology. You will be responsible for thoroughly reviewing financial services legal agreements and actively participating in project-based assignments. You will also act as a point of contact for junior analysts within the team.


Requirements:

  • Degree educated, with a strong preference for an LLB.
  • 1.5 - 2 years of experience, typically within a legal and financial services context.
  • Knowledge of specific agreement types, including ISDA and GMRA.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and personality traits such as curiosity, tenacity, determination, and teamwork.
