We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to join us at mccglc, a creative agency based in Shoreditch, London.


The Senior Project Manager role is an essential one within mccglc, leading the way in delivering these innovative projects. The successful candidate will have a positive approach to challenges, be self-motivated, multi-tasking, process-driven and have a passion for excellence.


Your job role and responsibilities:

- The project management of exhibitions, conferences and congresses, including handling all aspects of on-site supervision. These events can be Live, Digital or Hybrid.

- The project management of content ranging from print, digital and video

- Handling projects through every stage, from receiving a brief to delivery of the final concept onsite or online.

- Budget creation & management.

- Timeline creation & management.

- The ability to accurately brief and inspire excellent creative work from the creative department

- Management of supporting junior colleagues to deliver projects.

- You will report directly to the Head of Project Management ensuring that they are kept fully informed of progress in each project


Your key skills:

  • Solid experience in a project management role in a creative agency
  • Experience with Exhibitions (essential)
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical sector is a plus
  • Excellent personnel and time management skills
  • Experience in client-facing situations and have the ability to interpret their needs
  • Cool-headed and able to work effectively and efficiently to tight deadlines and inspire others to do so
  • Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and time management software (such as Procim & Hive)
  • The ability to problem solve and predict problems with assigned tasks
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and have the right to work in the UK

Benefits:

- Salary of £40,000+ , DOE
