SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant


Contract Duration: 0-6 months
Daily Rate: £500 to £585 (Inside IR35)
Location: Remote (UK-based)


About the Role:
 We are seeking a skilled SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant to join our central Source-to-Pay (S2P) team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding our VIM design, contributing to template improvements, and ensuring alignment with our global standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Protect and maintain the integrity of the VIM design.
  • Write Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for template enhancements.
  • Validate cluster scope against the global template to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Prepare and deliver Functional/Global (F/G) materials.
  • Drive and execute F/G sessions with cluster teams, providing guidance and support.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SAP VIM Consultant, preferably within a central S2P team.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) processes and configurations.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear and comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
  • Experience in validating cluster scope against global templates.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively drive sessions with cluster teams.
  • UK-based and eligible to work under IR35 regulations.
