THE COMPANY

Our longstanding partner in the PropTech space is looking for a Data Scientist to join their team. They harness consumer data to deliver insights in the property domain.


This presents an exciting chance to work with an innovative and reputable PropertyTech scale-up, where data science and machine learning drive their core operations


THE ROLE

  • Engage in diverse projects spanning segmentation, forecasting, propensity modelling, and recommender systems.
  • Drive commercial value alongside a team of 7 Data Scientists, collaborating closely with their Data Engineering unit.
  • Experience end-to-end project ownership within a vibrant team culture.
  • We're looking for candidates comfortable interacting with stakeholders in a flat hierarchy


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency across propensity modeling, forecasting, and recommender systems, demonstrating clear commercial impact on your CV.
  • Confident in stakeholder engagement, possessing excellent communication skills and business acumen.
  • Hold a PhD or MSc with 1-3 years of industry experience.
  • Showcased commercial value and interest in property data or geospatial data is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
