MFK Recruitment is seeking a Freelance Sales Development Representative to join our growing team.

This is a commission-based Freelance/Contract role to progress into a permanent opportunity.


MFK Recruitment recruits IT & Marketing specialists with reputable companies nationwide, and we are keen to speak to motivated sales professionals, who will be contacting potential new clients to generate new business opportunities.

Sales Development Representative – Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to companies via phone to generate business opportunities
  • Set up meetings for the sales team to progress.
  • Building rapport and establishing trust with prospective customers.
  • Delivering world-class customer service to maintain our company's outstanding reputation in the industry


Sales Development Representative – Experience & Skills required:

  • Prior experience in Sales/Business Development
  • High level of motivation and determination
  • Articulate and able to communicate to C-Suite level
  • Exceptional people skills – we are a friendly bunch, and this is essential to be successful in our industry
  • A strong record of exceeding targets
  • Experience within the recruitment industry (however, desirable but not essential)
