On behalf of a leading bank in the UAE, Alexander Ash are hiring a Senior Business Analyst - FenX.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with FenX configuration and deep expertise in the Know Your Customer (KYC) domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team of configurators

Job Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of business analysts to deliver high-quality business solutions.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of FenX to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC regulations and standards.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on KYC best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge identified gaps.
  • Support the development and implementation of new business processes and systems.
  • Mentor and coach junior business analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualification

  • Proven hands-on experience with FenX configuration.
  • In-depth knowledge of FATF (Financial Action Task Force) guidelines, CRS (Common Reporting Standard), and FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act)
  • Expertise in the KYC domain, including knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Fenergo certified on configuration.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation.
  • Understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
