Event Sales Executive

£30k - £35k + commission

We are looking for a dynamic Event Sales Executive to join a leading media and events company, working on the UK's largest trade show in this industry. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a passionate team, selling exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities to industry leaders.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Driving new business by selling exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities over the phone and at industry events.
  • Building and managing client relationships, ensuring repeat business and growth.
  • Attending industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to expand your portfolio.
  • Hitting and exceeding sales targets with a strong focus on new business development.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Representing the brand professionally at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

What We're Looking For:

  • A fearless self-starter with a proven track record in telesales or as a BDE, delegate sales, or exhibition sales (no event experience needed if the right mindset and excited by the industry)
  • Someone with persistence, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
  • Confidence in selling over the phone and face-to-face.
  • The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • A proactive and strategic thinker who thrives in a target-driven environment.
