They are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Account Executive to help expand their presence across the UK and European markets.


In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business with mid-market and enterprise clients. You’ll work closely with internal technical teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs, driving business growth and enhancing customer success.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets across the UK and Europe.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities, understanding client needs and demonstrating the value of ITSM and ITAM solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to drive successful deal closures.
  • Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


What You’ll Bring


  • Experience in software sales, ideally within ITSM, ITAM, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management and IT Asset Management concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and close deals.
  • A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools is a plus.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
