Salary range: An hourly rate between £15 and £22, plus extra for set up and packdown, depending on experience, qualifications and skills.


About Us:

Since 2009, Foxes FC has been leading the grassroots game.

As well as being a Nike Partner Club and Junior Premier League club, we’re 3 Star England Football Accredited. We pave the way for aspiring footballers aged 5 to 18, ensuring a safe, fun, and inspiring journey.


It’s all driven by our Academy. Boys and girls of all abilities learn in our top-class facilities, with guidance from FA and UEFA licensed coaches, as well as players who have reached the top of the pro game.


But our Academy is more than just football. It’s about communication and dedication. We create an atmosphere where fun and learning go hand in hand, making every moment on the field memorable and every lesson valuable.


Our programme includes academy teams, pre-academy squads, and FA-affiliated initiatives like the FA Wildcats for Girls and the FA Comets Disability Football programme. In partnership with the FA, we’re proud to deliver the Wildcats Programme. Designed for girls 5 and up, it provides a non-competitive and super-fun environment for developing skills, making friends, and growing a love of the game.

The Role:

We're on the hunt for a dynamic team player who's as excited about having an impact on the female game as we are. This isn't just any coaching job; it's your chance to be a game-changer, planning and executing training sessions that inspire and develop our young players' skills and team spirit, and leading your team on match-days. You'll enhance our current girls' academy programmes and take us into the future of play


So, if you have a minimum of two years of experience coaching football, are passionate about inspiring girls through football, and love the idea of working in a place where your work genuinely impacts lives, then you're in the right spot.


It would be nice if you have:

  • A Level 1 coaching badge (or higher? Even better) or desire to obtain
  • Current FA emergency first aid & safeguarding qualifications
  • An enhanced DBS check


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Whipping up engaging and effective training sessions based on our club's top-tier syllabus
  • Overseeing the onfield management and development of our girl’s academy programme as well as our FA Wildcats sessions.
  • Being the Saturday morning hero, with bonus opportunities to coach throughout the rest of the week through our Pre-Academy Programme and schools and nurseries.
  • Making a real impact in the lives of children through coaching.
