Tasks

  • Work closely with clients and senior team members to deliver customer experience solutions leveraging Salesforce
  • Lead user research, journey mapping, and UX design efforts to ensure solutions are user-centred and aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate on prototyping and in-market testing to validate and iterate on new concepts. Translate strategic visions into design and Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement and business outcomes
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, assisting in their development. Manage client communications and project deliverables to ensure expectations are met.
  • Support the customisation and configuration of Salesforce solutions to meet client needs.


Requirements

  • Strong UX design and transformation leadership skills. Ability to manage and balance client needs with internal project goals.
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of working across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Problem-solving skills focused on creating practical, user-centric solutions.


  • Strong experience in UX design, with a focus on customer journey mapping, prototyping, and user research.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and how it can be leveraged to enhance customer experiences.
  • Proven experience in leading parts of transformation projects, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and user-centred design.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
