*Role*

You play a key part in delivering No1 Lounges food offering to a great standard every time.

Our shift pattern is 2 early shifts (3.30am-1pm) then 2 late shifts (12.30pm-10pm) then 2 days off.

*Responsibility*

* Preparing and cooking No1’s food offering
* Ensure the kitchen is always exceptionally clean
* Monitoring food stock levels
* Ensure equipment is of good working order, conducting any required maintenance or cleaning schedules and reporting any defects.
* Following SOP’s in line with Health and Safety guidelines

*Experience*

* Previous kitchen experience is desired
* Working as part of a team
* Hospitality Experience

*Requirements*

Due to the nature of working at the airport the below will be required

* You will need to have a valid passport
* You will need to be authorised to work in the United Kingdom
* You will be asked to complete 5 years of employment/education, so living in the UK for the past 5 years is desired
* You must have a clean criminal record
