GadJet is the leading supplier of Electronic, Home & Travel Accessories, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager - Office Based with proven sales records, with the ability to build strong relationships and lead a team of Field Sales Reps to grow the business with existing customers as well as onboarding new business.

Excellent earning and career development opportunities: Basic Salary from £30k - £35k basic, Uncapped Commission + Yearly Bonus + Private Health Care + Company Pension.

The Role:

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for our field sales team, organising the team schedule and meetings.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
  • Develop a strategic plan to Protect and Grow existing client accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities for growth and expansion in different regions.
  • Ensure that clients' needs are met and exceeded, and that client satisfaction is maintained at a high level. Provide regular reporting on account activity, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver client projects on time and within budget
  • Monitor sales metrics for the reps team and provide regular reports to senior management

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Team Manager or in a similar role
  • 5+ years of proven B2B Sales experience
  • Experience in managing and leading a team successfully with proven growth records.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry, in specific the forecourt & convenience sector is ideal.
  • A well organised, good time management individual with great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
