Forward Role are working with a global personal care product manufacturing business to recruit a Junior Brand Manager or Brand Manager.


You will be sure to know at least one of their famous brands either through their popular TV commercials, striking advertising slogans or by visiting a retail store or pharmacy.


They are a family-owned business that has been around over 100 years and have over 900 employees across the globe. You will join a newly established UK team that has grown from 1 - 10 in the last year and seen multiple promotions already.


Reporting into the Head of Brand Management, you will have full ownership of one of their leading brands for the UK. This role is career game changer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the UK & ROl strategy to drive growth of your assigned brand and products that align with business objectives
  • Lead the digital strategy for the UK collaborating with the internal digital agency to maximise the effect of campaigns
  • Carry out market research, observe customer feedback and competitor activity to allow you to make data-driven decisions and stay updated with market trends
  • Develop and put in place marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, traditional and retail activations to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and manage budgets and timelines, making sure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget
  • Review and report on campaign and product performance and provide insights and suggestions for improvements


What you will need:

  • Experience in brand management or marketing in a consumer products business
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and technologies and their possible use to the business
  • Proven experience of developing effective marketing campaigns and driving business growth
  • Excellent project management skills with the capability to manage numerous projects and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the skill to analyse data and transform it into actionable insights
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail
