Here at Arthur, we are thrilled to partnered with a highly successful market leading insurance firm who are looking to further expand their team by bringing on board a Credit Hire Motor Claims Adjuster for their office in Tamworth, Staffordshire.


Your Responsibilities:


  • You will manage a variety of motor claims from start to finish, including handling damage, credit hire, and injury claims
  • You will make decisions on fraud, claim amounts, and responsibility, and handling cases through litigation.
  • You will communicate with clients, brokers, suppliers, and claimants through phone and email.


What You Need:


  • Good understanding of proactive claims handling
  • A base understanding of insurance principles.
  • Experience of handling motor damage and credit hire claims is essential
  • Working knowledge and experience of handling OICP and MOJ Portal Claims
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good attention to detail
