*West Coast Motors* are looking for a *Full Time PSV/HGV Bus and Coach Mechanic *based at our *Glasgow South Street depot* to help maintain our fleet and ensure we operate to the highest possible standards.

*Main responsibilities for the role of PSV/ HGV* *Mechanic:*
* Vehicle maintenance, servicing and running repairs on a varied fleet (including M.O.T preparation)
* Prompt repair of all defective vehicles to the highest standard in a timely and cost-effective manner
* Ensure vehicles are maintained in accordance with the Company Operators Licence guidelines
* The ability to organise daily workload, communicate effectively and work flexibly
* The ability to work to the highest Health & Safety standards

*Requirements for the role of PSV/ HGV Mechanic:*
* You will be energetic, self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and thrive within a challenging yet rewarding environment
* You will have at least an SVQ Level 3 in Bus and Coach Engineering and Maintenance qualification (or an equivalent international qualification). If you don't have a qualification, you should have at least five years' experience repairing and maintaining public service or heavy goods vehicles which you will need to evidence.
* The role will be 5 days over 7
* A driving licence is required and PCV licence would be good to have, however we can help you get your licence.
