As a Cell Leader you will be responsible for:


  • Leading a team to be effective and at the top of their game with zero tolerance for errors.
  • Managing your team through your experience of Coaching, recruitment, development and managing performance.
  • Ensuring compliance across health and safety and risk assessment at all times
  • Driving your team to achieve set deadlines, KPI's and accuracy in reporting.
  • Delegating weekly and daily tasks ensuring cover across your cell at all times,
  • Managing the ongoing development and support of your individual team members.
  • Setting individual performance targets against capability and driving self development and performance.
  • Consistently checking in with team and maintaining high levels of communication across the cell.
  • Play a pro active part in hiring, individual appraisals, recognise individuals for career development and actively support with disciplinaries and grievances.


Required experience from Candidates will be:

  • A proven background in managing teams and development of individuals.
  • Management within a manufacturing / engineering environment.
  • A highly organised, process driven and professional mindset to their team and work.
  • Experience of working within a deadline, target driven environment.
  • The ability to pay first class levels of attention.
  • A numerical, methodical approach to their work and team members.


Successful applicants MUST have full right to work in the UK and be prepared to undertake a security clearance at the highest level.
