As a recruitment consultant for Pertemps you'll receive unparalleled training and support, whilst having the opportunity to be part of the success of the UK's largest independent recruitment agency - building and growing our presence in and around Oxfordshire.


The role

  • Business development calls and client meetings – you will build your own client base by following cold and warm leads.
  • Candidate marketing – you will source, screen, and engage with candidates, scheduling them in for interviews with clients.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to build your credibility and trust.
  • Developing your personal brand on LinkedIn to be recognised by clients as a trusted advisor.
  • Working to achieve both financial and KPI targets.
