We are currently seeking a Project Architect (Part III qualified) with at least two years post education experience, to join our growing team.

What are we looking for?

As an integral member of our team, you will lead projects from the initial concept through to completion. This role demands a keen ability to manage and inspire a team, drive designs forward, and delegate effectively. Your critical thinking, creativity, and swift decision-making will play a crucial role in our collective success.

What skills must you have?

  • Proficiency in Revit with at least 2-3 years of full-time experience.
  • Familiarity with Enscape or other comparable 3D rendering software.
  • A thorough understanding of construction principles and UK residential planning and building regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of clients and team members.

  • Lead architectural projects, ensuring a seamless transition from design to construction.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team, fostering an atmosphere of respect and growth.
  • Maintain high standards in producing visuals and VR experiences, enhancing client presentations and project pitches.
