Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Architect to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in aligning our strategic goals with our operational capabilities and technology frameworks, ensuring that our business remains agile and prepared for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to translate business strategy into actionable plans, frameworks, and models that drive organizational success.
- Process and Capability Mapping: Document, map, and optimize business processes and capabilities, identifying areas for improvement.
- Technology Integration: Work closely with IT teams to ensure that technology solutions align with business needs, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between executive leadership, project teams, and technical departments, fostering alignment and clear communication.
- Governance and Risk Management: Establish governance frameworks and proactively manage risks to support strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring that transformations are smooth and embraced by all stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Architect or in a similar role within strategy, business operations, or transformation.
- Strong understanding of business architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Expertise in process mapping, business modeling, and capability analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex architectural concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with change management and transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working on contract engagements.
- Familiarity with the specific needs and dynamics of the industry.
