Are you an Electrical System Design Engineer with experience in safety-critical industries like aerospace? We’re recruiting on behalf of a top-tier aerospace company looking to expand their team with a skilled engineer to contribute to innovative power distribution projects. This role offers the perfect blend of technical challenge, career growth, and work-life balance.


Key Responsibilities:

Design, verify, and test electrical systems, managing requirements and bill of materials throughout the product lifecycle.

Provide technical support to the team and broader business, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Solve complex technical problems using a common-sense approach and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Interface directly with customers, presenting and reviewing technical information as needed.

Occasionally travel internationally to support customer and supplier meetings.


Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in electrical system design, particularly within safety-critical environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.

Strong understanding of electrical product design, development, and testing methodologies.

Experience managing bill of materials in a complex engineering environment.

Familiarity with schematic electrical design tools (e.g., Mentor Capital).

Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements for safety-critical products, ideally within the aerospace sector.
