An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Servicing Advisor to join our team. We are an award-winning Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management, who through quality, integrity, and excellence, are a highly trusted source of advice to clients as their financial needs evolve over the years. This is a fun and friendly company who places high value on their unique culture. Established in 1995 our client provides a holistic approach to Wealth Management; we are currently looking after approx. 3000 clients with over £700m Funds under Management serviced by a team of 40+ dedicated professionals.
The Role – Servicing Advisor:
At AAG, we are seeking an experienced, diploma-qualified Financial Advisor to join our exceptional team and manage a client portfolio of up to 200 clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. They should be adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively, with proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Additionally, they should be customer-focused, passionate about helping others, patient, empathetic, and able to handle stressful situations calmly. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are also essential attributes.
The Person – Servicing Advisor:
This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and has a ‘can do’ working style.
We are looking for a Level 4 Diploma Qualified professional that has 2 years’ experience. St. James’s Place experience is preferred.
Importantly, you are committed to a career in Wealth Management and are looking to expand and develop your existing knowledge and are actively looking for a career where you will be servicing existing clients.
