Interim Group Reporting Specialist

HW Interim Solutions is working with a Financial Services business to appoint an Interim Group Reporting Specialist for a 6-month assignment.
As Group Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and group consolidation using Oracle Financial Consolidation and Cloud Service (FCCS).
Key Deliverables:
- Delivering precise and timely financial reports in compliance with IFRS.
- Preparing consolidated group accounts using FCCS.
- Managing effective group external reporting processes and meeting strict deadlines.
- Providing financial reporting support for ad hoc queries and technical accounting matters.
- Preparing cash flow statements and supporting the preparation of statutory accounts.
- Act as a key point of contact for all FCCS queries within the finance team.
- Utilising financial instruments effectively in reporting and analysis.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent). They will have a deep understanding of complex technical accounting issues with demonstrated experience in pulling together statutory accounts and creating cashflow statements.
Proven experience and expert knowledge of FCCS is essential for this role.
This role requires someone who is not afraid to really get into the detail, a doer who is proactive and meticulous in their work. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to drive results within defined boundaries.
This position is offered on a day rate basis, outside of IR35.
