About the company


We are partnered with one of the UK's leading Salesforce partner's who are known for delivering Salesforce multi-cloud solutions to luxury brands around the UK. The position is for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, working on implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to their clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work with clients to gather and understand their marketing requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Designing, building and deploying Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Configure and customise Salesforce Marketing Cloud components such as Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Develop and maintain complex data extensions, queries, and automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's UK degree with a 2:1 or higher in a Business, IT or Marketing related field
  • Proven experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders of all levels
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g. Email Specialist, Consultant) are beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, data management, and customer segmentation.
  • Experience with SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for email template customisation.

This is offered as a fully remote fulltime position, with a salary of up to £70,000 with additional company benefits included.
