Due to this agency's forthcoming 3-year growth strategy, they are are currently seeking an accomplished, dynamic Senior Commercial Manager to play a key role in this juncture.

Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team as they gear up for the next phase of expansion, they are in search of an individual with a proven track record in the entertainment industry, ideally within an agency setting.


The ideal candidate will be poised to assume full responsibility for commercial operations within the agency, steering us towards unprecedented success.


• You’ll oversee all financial inputs within the company monitoring and reporting on status and

presenting findings and growth to the board.

• You’ll measure success against a pre-determined growth strategy and be a key player in helping achieve targets.

• You’ll manage their new business team daily - sourcing opportunities, helping convert leads and working between both New Business and Client Services to win and maintain work for the agency.

• You’ll drive new pitches with Intermediary team.

• You’ll push for growth opportunities with Creative Services team and help to nurture the growth of the agencies creative resource.

• You’ll have a keen eye for general growth opportunities.

• You’ll help build and maintain centralised lead pool.

• You’ll be across, manage and advise on all marketing objectives with the Head of Marketing.

• You’ll ensure all commercial activity is in sync and be capable of handling chemistry meetings between all department leads.

• You’ll have experience in both running and supporting on both pitches and briefs from end to end including delivery.

• You’ll have a full understanding of the business outputs well enough to confidently sell in and upsell, with a confident ability to communicate progress to the wider team.
